摘　　要：我国高校每年研发的科技成果数量巨大,但能应用于产业科技成果的比重偏低。湖北省作为我国中部的重要省份,拥有强大的高校科研团队,研发了许多科技成果,但同样面临科技成果转化率较低的尴尬局面。因此,充分认识高校科技成果转化过程中存在的问题,并提出具体对策有着十分重要的意义。Every year,there is a large number of scientific and technological(S&T)achievements at Chinese colleges and universities,but the proportion of their practical application is relatively low.The colleges and universities in Hubei Province,the important province in central China,have lots of strong scientific research teams,which have developed many scientific and technological achievements,but they are also in such an awkward situation.Therefore,it is of great significance to recognize the problems of transforming scientific and technological achievements in Chinese colleges and universities and suggest countermeasures.
