摘　　要：在管理类和实务操作类的课程教学中,采用基于教育信息技术的情境教学法进行模拟教学,既能发挥教师的主导作用,又能提高学生参与课堂学习的意识,从而培养学生的理论知识水平和从事业务工作的操作能力。人力资源管理专业中“人力资源管理信息系统”课程的专业知识点较多、实务操作性较强,文章结合“人力资源管理信息系统”课程的教学特点,介绍了情境教学法的实施过程及其应用成效。In the teaching of management courses or practical operation courses,the situational teaching method based on educational information technology can not only play the leading role of teachers,but also improve students'awareness of participating,so as to cultivate students'theoretical knowledge level and operational ability.The course of"Human Resource Management Information System"of human resource management specialty has many professional knowledge points and strong practical operation.Combining with the teaching characteristics of the course,this paper introduces the implementation process and application effect of situational teaching method.
