摘　　要：文章分析了CSQ熄焦车排水电动蝶阀频繁损坏的原因是不满足工况导致。取掉电动蝶阀,重新设计改进为气动控制“盖板阀”,不但彻底解决了放水阀的故障,而且保证了焦炭熄焦后的水分,完全满足工艺要求,达到改造目的。In this paper,it is analyzed the cause for frequent damage of electric butterfly valve for CSQ coke quenching car is the working condition cannot be met.The fault of water drain valve is completely solved and the moisture of coke after quenching can be ensured by taking away the electric butterfly valve,redesigning and replacing with the“cover plate valve”with pneumatic control,which could completely meet the technological requirements so that the target of transformation is achieved.
