阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者的疗效及对血小板参数的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析为脑血栓患者实施阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药物治疗的临床效果。方法 2018年4月~2020年2月,将我院134例脑血栓患者随机等分为两组,每组各67例,为参照组行氯吡格雷+阿司匹林肠溶片口服药物治疗,针对研究组实施氯吡格雷+阿司匹林肠溶片+阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗,对比两组的治疗有效率,以及接受治疗前后的血小板参数指标。结果研究组的治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组的血小板黏附率指标、红细胞沉降率指标、血细胞比容指标,以及全血黏度指标均与参照组大致相当(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血小板黏附率指标、红细胞沉降率指标、血细胞比容指标,以及全血黏度指标均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论为脑血栓患者实施氯吡格雷+阿司匹林肠溶片+阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗,能获取较好效果,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Atorvastatin combined with Antiplatelet drug in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods From April 2018 to February 2020,134 patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,67 cases in each group,the study group was treated with Clopidogrel plus aspirin enteric coated tablets plus Atorvastatin calcium tablets.The efficacy rates and platelet parameters before and after treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of the Study Group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the indexes of platelet adhesion,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hematocrit and whole blood viscosity in the study group were similar to those in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the platelet adhesion index,blood cell specific volume index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate index and whole blood viscosity index in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Administration of CLOPIDOGREL+Aspirin enteric-coated tablets+Atorvastatin calcium tablets for patients with cerebral thrombosis is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
