摘  要:探究无籽刺梨果实品质与种植基地土壤重金属污染状况的关系,以贵州省10个种植基地为研究对象,分析基地土壤与果实的重金属含量。基地土壤与背景值相比,Cu、Cd和Hg不同程度超出背景值,与国家二级标准比较,所有基地存在Cd污染,YZ基地存在Hg、Cu污染,基地污染程度为Cd强污染,Cu、Hg轻-中污染,As、Pb无污染。因受种植和管理模式不同,JC基地Pb污染,HF、YZ、SC、JC、LG和XY基地Cd污染。无籽刺梨果实对As有较强的富集性,果实中的As对成人健康存在一定潜在风险。Soils and Rosa sterilis fruits were collected from 10 planting bases of R.sterilis of Guizhou Province.The contents of heavy metals of the soils and fruits were analysed.The aim was to evaluate whether the heavy metal pollution of the soils was related to the quality of the R.sterilis fruits.The contents of Cu,Cd and Hg in the soils from the planting bases of R.sterilis were more than their background values.The soils at 10 planting bases were polluted by Cd according to the national 2nd grade standard in various degrees.The soil of YZ planting base was polluted by Hg and Cu.The soil of the 10 planting bases was seriously polluted by Cd,and slightly and moderately polluted by Cu,Hg,and not polluted by As and Pb.Because of the difference of the planting and management pattern,the R.sterilis fruit of JC planting base was polluted by Pb,and the R.sterilis fruits of HF,YZ,SC,JC,LG,and XY planting bases were polluted by Cd.The R.sterilis fruit strongly enriched As,posing a potential risk to a-dult health.The existing model of planting and management shall be changed for developing safe,healthy fruit of R.sterilis.
