摘　　要：新世纪以来,以计算机信息网络技术为基础的现代教育技术日新月异,以现代教育技术为支撑的网课、微课、慕课、翻转课堂、智慧校园等教育教学形式迅速发展,学生学习、教师教学、过程监控、质量评估等教学管理活动面临新的挑战。高等学校要应用信息技术,开发管理平台,进行人员培训,健全和完善教学质量监控体系,努力提高教学管理信息化、智能化、现代化水平,方可适应现代教育技术发展的需要,不断提升教育教学质量。Since the new century,modern education technology based on computer information network technology is changing with each passing day.online class,micro class,MOOC,flipped classroom,smart campus and other education and teaching forms with the support of modern education technology are developing rapidly.Teaching management activities such as students’learning,teachers’teaching,process monitoring and quality evaluation are facing new challenges.Colleges and universities should apply information technology,develop management platform,carry out personnel training,improve and perfect the teaching quality monitoring system,and strive to improve the level of informatization,technicalization and modernization of teaching management,so as to meet the needs of the development of modern educational technology and constantly improve the quality of education and teaching.
