摘　　要：杏树在新疆具有悠久的历史,但目前仍存在杏子产后加工技术滞后的问题。该文提出一种杏子产后加工工艺及其配套设备,通过分析配套设备的结构和原理,并进行设备性能参数试验,旨在为杏子产后加工生产的规模化和标准化应用提供技术支撑。Apricot has a long history in Xinjiang,but there is still problem of lagging post-production processing technology of apricot.A new post-production processing technology of apricot and its supporting equipment were put forward.By analysis of structure and working principle of matching equipment,performance parameters of equipment were also tested.The aim was to provide a technology basis for large-scale and standardized application of apricot processing.
