Objective: To explore the effect of lower limb walking machine assisted training on improving trunk control and balance function in stroke patients. Methods: From October^2018 to November 2019, 48 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into a treatment group and control group, each of 24.The control group received conventional trunk function training, 20 min per time, 5 times per week for 4 weeks, while the treatment group was provided with 20 minutes of robot training a day, 5 times per week for 4 weeks. The Trunk Impairment Scale(TIS) and Fugl-Meyer balance assessment scroe(FMA-B) were used to evaluate the trunk function and balance of the patients before and after the treatment. Results: The TIS、FMA-B scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01), and the TIS、FMA-B scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions: The lower limb walking machine assisted training device is an effective method to improve the trunk control and balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
