摘 要:中国特色社会主义进入新时代,新形势新环境对高校辅导员的职业能力提出了新要求,提升辅导员职业能力成为高等教育的重要研究课题。当前提升辅导员职业能力面临着辅导员专业不扎实、管理考核不到位、专业培训不完善等困境,要通过优化选聘管理机制、改革考核激励方法、加强培训体系建设等方式,探索提升辅导员职业能力的路径,探究职业能力提升的支撑体系和实践方法,建立长效机制。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the new situation and new environment have put forward new requirements for the professional ability of college counselors.Improving the professional ability of counselors should be listed as a major strategic deployment of higher education.At present,the promotion of counselors’professional ability is faced with difficulties such as weak professional knowledge,inadequate management and assessment,imperfect professional training and so on.Through optimizing the selection and employment management mechanism,reforming the assessment and incentive mechanism,and optimizing the construction of training system,we should explore the path to improve the professional ability of counselors,explore the supporting system and practical methods of improving the professional ability,and establish a long-term mechanism.
