引企驻校背景下导游人才培养模式的实践与思考——以江西旅游商贸职业学院为例

摘  要:针对驻校旅行社开展导游专业人才培养存在的问题,研究探讨了驻校旅行社开展导游专业人才培养的实践,主要包括企业参与校企合作愿景强烈,完善课程设置;企业提供真实的实训条件,满足学生训练需要;课业任务紧贴市场需求变化,有效开展实习实训等内容。从出台政策法规保障企业利益诉求、建立“课证岗”一体化的办学模式、多渠道拓宽“双师型”教师队伍、推动考核与评价学生的方式多元化、依托自身优势积极参与社会服务五个方面,提出构建导游专业驻校旅行社合作的长效机制。In view of the problems in the training of tour guide professionals by the on-campus travel agency,the study explored the practice of the on-campus travel agency in the training of professional tour guides,including the strong vision of the company’s participation in school-enterprise cooperation and the improvement of the curriculum;the real training conditions to meet student training needs;classwork tasks closely following the changes in market demand,effective internship training and so on.Based on the introduction of policies and regulations to protect the interests of enterprises,it proposed to build a long-term mechanism for cooperation between tour guides and travel agencies from the aspects of establishing an integrated school-running model of“class certificate posts”,expanding the“double-qualified”teacher team from different channels,promoting diversified methods for assessing and evaluating students,and relying on their own advantages to participate in social services.
