摘　　要：职业院校开展混合所有制办学是深化产教融合,激发办学活力的重要途径之一.在职业院校混合所有制办学探索中,具有混合所有制特征的二级学院是较为典型的一种模式.现阶段,很多职业院校进行了这种形式的混合所有制探索,但从管理机制来看,这种办学模式仍存在产权管理机制和办学成本管理机制不够完善,管理机构运行效率有待提高,日常管理有待细化等问题.要进一步完善具有混合所有制特征的二级学院管理机制,需推进股份制二级学院改革,建立项目管理机制,不断细化管理制度.Mixed ownership in vocational colleges is regarded as a crucial approach to integration of industry and education and promotion of the vitality of schools that are run in a mixed mode. However, its management mechanism may not be fair, and routine operation and costs not efficient. Therefore, the writer argues for shareholding system in combination with project management mechanism of schools.
