摘　　要：随着我国老龄化进程的加速,在健康中国背景下,老年人的健康问题日益受到关注.药店对老年人健康起着不可忽视的作用.老年患者不合理用药现象十分普遍,药学服务是竞争的关键问题,因此,提升药店的药学服务极为必要.提升药店药学服务的具体策略为:坚持"以患者为中心"的服务理念,建立"以点带面"的服务团队,做好"便利服务"的基础设施,持续开展老年药学服务的调查研究.With the speedy aging process and healthy aging in China, the health of the elderly has attracted increased concerns. It is true that pharmacies play a significant role, but improper use of drugs is not unconventional. The writers argue that pharmaceutical care is the key competition among pharmacies. Therefore, specific strategies are proposed in order to improve the pharmaceutical care in pharmacies. Patient-centered services, strengthened service teams, completing convenience infrastructure, and sustainable development of pharmaceutical services for the elderly should be enhanced.
