摘　　要：概述深部脑刺激技术在医学中的运用机制,列举深部脑刺激治疗精神活性物质所致成瘾的动物实验结果及临床实例,阐明其可行性和有效性,讨论推广此技术应用于治疗精神活性物质所致成瘾的前景及困境。The various mechanisms of deep brain stimulation(DBS)as a medical treatment option are reviewed.Clinical cases and animal experiments are illustrated to show the feasibility and effectiveness of deep brain stimulation in the treatment of substance-related disorders.Different opinions and the dilemmas of employing DBS to treat this disorder,such as the lack of clinical evidence,are also discussed.
