浅谈三棱镜的光学特性与临床应用

摘　　要：本文综述了部分三棱镜的光学特性及三棱镜检查和治疗应用。三棱镜的光学特性,包括三棱镜的校准,三棱镜的矢量分解,三棱镜的叠加和三棱镜的移像作用;三棱镜检查包括三棱镜诱导斜视试验、三棱镜适应试验和三棱镜耐受试验等;三棱镜治疗包括获得性内斜视,继发性内斜视,部分调节性内斜视,集合不足外隐斜和眼球震颤。Prism was widely used in the fields of strabismus and amblyopia.We reviewed part of the optical performances,examination and treatment applications of the prism.Optical performances of the prism comprised calibration method,vector decomposition,combination,and image displacement;examinations with prism included vertical prism induced tropia test,prism adaptation test and prism tolerant test;treatments with prism included acquired esotropia,consecutive esotropia,partially accommodative esotropia,convergence insufficiency and nystagmus.
