基于宁波城区试点项目的历史建筑活化利用策略探讨

摘　　要：历史建筑保护利用工作在全国各试点城市积极推进中,以便探索保护利用新路径,充分发挥其使用价值。通过宁波城区试点项目现状分析,阐述了当前历史建筑活化利用中存在的问题,提出了历史建筑活化利用策略。The work of protection and utilization of historic buildings was being actively promoted in pilot cities across the country,so as to explore new paths for protection and utilization and give full play to the use value of historic buildings.Based on the analyses of the current situation of pilot project of activation and utilization of historic buildings in Ningbo city,this paper expounded the current existing problems of the activation and utilization of historic buildings,and put forward relevant strategies of activation and utilization of historic buildings.
