摘  要:服装制造企业生产所需面料的成本比较高,少则>50%,多则>70%,这就使得服装制造企业的采购管理变得尤为重要,而供应商的选择与评价则是采购管理工作的重要内容,能够给企业带来低成本和高质量的产品或服务,帮助企业提高竞争力。文章以服装制造企业的供应商选择与评价为研究对象,首先阐述了供应商选择与评价的相关理论和方法;然后以BL服装公司为例开展实证研究,从产品质量、价格、供应保障、技术水平、公司实力、服务这6个方面建立评价指标体系,运用层次分析法给各项指标赋予权重,通过模糊综合评价法选出合适的供应商,并对该指标体系提出保障措施。The cost of fabric for garment manufacturing enterprises is relatively high,the lowest being more than 50%and the highest being more than 70%.Therefore,the purchasing management of garment manufacturing enterprises becomes particularly important.The selection and evaluation of suppliers is an important part of purchasing management,which can bring low cost and high quality products or services to enterprises and help enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Taking the supplier selection and evaluation of garment manufacturing enterprises as the research object,this paper firstly expounds the relevant theories and methods of supplier selection and evaluation.Then,taking BL garment company as an example,it makes an empirical research.Based on this,it establishes an evaluation index system from such six aspects as product quality,price,supply capacity,technical level,enterprise strength,and service and weighs each of the indexes by using analytic hierarchy process.Finally,it selects suitable suppliers by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and puts forward safeguard measures to the index system.
