试析抗战时期省立福建大学倡办与撤销原因

摘　　要：民国26年(1937年)抗战初起,福建省社会经济建设与人才供应不平衡的问题日益突出,为培养人才并响应战时国民政府“抗战建国”的号召,福建省政府拟建一所具有医学院、法学院、农学院的省属综合性大学——省立福建大学。该校在筹备初期便存在经费不足问题,自校址选择始有经费顾虑,虽完成了法学院的校舍建筑与医学院校舍的修葺搬迁,但终因经费不足无力建成农学院。期间又因征地估价不足,与农民发生纠纷。经费问题是战时省立福建大学倡办与撤销的重要因素,并折射出抗战时期重庆中央政府和地方政府之间的矛盾纠葛。Since the beginning of the War of Resistance against Japan(1937), the imbalance between social and economic construction and talent supply in Fujian Province became increasingly prominent. In order to train talents and respond to the call of the wartime National Government to " build a nation in the War of Resistance against Japan", the Fujian Provincial Government proposed to build a provincial comprehensive university--provincial Fujian University with medical school, law school and agricultural college. In the early stage of preparation, the school had the problem of insufficient funds.Since the choice of the school site, the school had completed the repair and relocation of the school buildings and the medical school buildings, but it was unable to build the agricultural college because of the lack of funds. During the period due to insufficient land valuation, disputes with farmers. The problem of funds is an important factor in the promotion and revocation of Fujian University in wartime, and reflects the contradiction between the central government in Chongqing and the local government during the War of Resistance against Japan.
