摘　　要：目的研究使用CAD/CAM铸瓷高嵌体修复磨牙缺损后12个的月临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月到昆明市延安医院口腔科就诊的因龋病、重度磨损导致的磨牙缺损伴牙髓炎的患者80例。80例患者接受根管治疗1周后复诊,选择CAD/CAM铸瓷高嵌体修复技术或桩核冠修复技术,术后12个月回访,采用USPHS标准评价系统评价。结果嵌体修复后12个月出现1例嵌体边缘部分脱落而导致边缘密合性降低;总体复查后结果显示嵌体修复方法在边缘密合性、嵌体完整性、颜色匹配度、与邻牙的接触关系、牙龈健康状况等方面性能优越。全冠修复组12个月出现7例食物嵌塞,10例牙龈炎,1例冠脱落,修复远期效果低于高嵌体修复效果。结论综合评价CAD/CAM高嵌体修复技术可以作为磨牙根管治疗后的常规修复方法,此种修复方式具有良好的生物相容性,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of CAD/CAM glass ceramiconlay to repair the molar defect for 12 months. Methods 80 patients with dental caries caused by dental caries treated in Yan’an Hospita from Jan.2016 to Jan. 2019 were selected. All the patients were treated with CAD/CAM glass ceramic Onlay after 1 week of disposable root canal treatment, USPHS standard evalnation system was used to tvaluate the results 12 months after the operation. Results After 12 months of onlay repair,1 case fell off which resulted in the decrease of edge tightness. The results of general reviewshowed that the onlay repair had superior performance in the Marginal tightness, inlay integrity, color matching degree, contact relationship with adjacent teeth, and gingival health status. In the total crown restoration group,7 cases of food impaction,10 cases of gingivitis and 1 case of crown loss occurred at 12 months, and the long-term effect of restoration was lower than that of onlay.Conclusion The effect of CAD/CAM ceramic onlay in the repair of molar defect is remarkable. It has high stability and biocompatibility, and the patients’ satisfaction is high. It is worth popularizing.
