摘  要:为研究杨木和椴木这2种树木单板的的染色性能,采用2种酸性染料对其进行染色,在相同的染色工艺条件下,以增质率、上染率、色差等为评价指标,通过扫描电镜观察染色前后2种单板表面的形貌及染料分布,考察酸性染料对杨木和椴木单板的染色性能,结果表明:经染料A染色后,杨木单板的增质率、上染率及色差均高于椴木单板,经染料B染色后,杨木单板的增质率、上染率及色差均低于椴木单板。染料A容易在杨木单板上上色,染料B容易在椴木单板上上色。In order to study the dyeing properties of poplar and basswood veneer,two kinds of acid dyes were used to dye them.Under the same dyeing conditions,the dyeing performance of acid dyes to poplar and basswood veneers were investigated by testing the mass increasing rate,the dyeing rate and chromatic aberration of the two kinds of veneers before and after dyeing.The surface morphology and dye distribution of the two kinds of veneers were observed by scanning electron microscope.The result showed that:the mass increasing rate,the dyeing rate and chromatic aberration of poplar veneer were higher than those of basswood after dyeing with dye A,but lower than those of basswood after dyeing with dye B.Dye A is easy to color on poplar veneer,and dye B is easy to color on basswood veneer.
