摘　　要：作为当代风景园林大师,凯瑟琳·古斯塔夫森将风景园林设计回归到其最基本的功能:塑造土地。雕塑化的地形处理手法、对场所历史文脉艺术化的演绎以及擅于借助自然要素引发观者的感官体验,使她的作品带有鲜明的艺术特色和人文主义色彩。回顾了古斯塔夫森的成长与事业经历,并对其设计思想及代表作品进行了研究。As a great landscape architect nowadays,Kathryn Gustafson brings landscape architecture back to it’s most basic act:shaping the land.Sculptural design in the terrain handling,artistic interpretation of site sprits,and the viewer's sensory experience caused by natural elements,all of these make her works marked with some artistic and humane characters.The article recalls Gustafson’s growth and career experience,also studies her design ideas and works.
