摘　　要：随着我国5G技术的成熟、应用与推广,高校"互联网+工会"管理服务模式必然发生一些变化,基于5G技术与互联网的融合,"互联网+"给高校工会管理服务工作带来了新的机遇和挑战。文章阐述了基于5G技术的"互联网+"高校工会对教职工管理服务的必要性,和分层式精准管理服务模式的重要性,分析了基于5G技术的"互联网+"高校工会管理服务工作中存在的一些问题,总结了基于5G技术的"互联网+"思维引领下的高校工会管理服务的建设策略及新思路。With the maturity, application and promotion of 5G technology in China, the management and service mode of "Internet+ trade union" in colleges and universities is bound to undergo some changes. Based on the integration of 5G technology and the Internet, "Internet +" brings new opportunities and challenges to the management and service work of unions in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the necessity of "Internet+" based on 5G technology for college trade unions to provide management services for faculty and staff, and points out the importance of hierarchical accurate management service mode. This paper states some problems existing in the "Internet+" university trade union management service based on 5G technology, analyzes and summarizes the construction strategy and new ideas of university trade union management service led by "Internet+" thinking based on 5G technology.
