摘 要:【目的】为了满足果园气爆深松施肥机快速打穴的技术要求,克服打穴过程中遇到坚硬犁底层或土壤板结层打穴阻力大、打穴时间长的问题,设计了一种液压升降式打穴机构.【方法】分析了液压升降式打穴机构的工作原理,通过逆向分析确定了液压缸的行程及活塞杆顶端的轨迹;利用ADAMS软件分析了在工作过程中运动位移、运动速度和时间的关系,验证了机构的可靠性和稳定性.【结果】通过田间试验结果表明:在测定土壤坚实度最大值3.61 Mpa、平均值1.95 Mpa作业条件下,打穴深度达到650 mm时,平均打穴时间为8.42 s,达到了设计的技术要求.【结论】该研究为液压升降式打穴机构的优化设计提供了理论依据.【Objective】In order to meet the technical requirements for quick hole punching of orchard air-blasting subsoil fertilizer,and to overcome the problems of large hole resistance or extra long time of hole punching encountered in the hard plow or soil compaction layer,a hydraulic lifting type of hole punching device was designed.【Method】The working principle was analyzed,the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder and the trajectory of the top of the piston rod were determined through reverse analysis.The relationship between the movement displacement,the speed of movement and the time during the work were analyzed using ADAMS software,and the reliability and stability of the mechanism were verified.【Result】The results from field tests showed that,the designed device could meet the design technical requirements under the operating conditions(maximum soil compactness of 3.61 Mpa,average 1.95 Mpa)and the hole depth reached 650 mm,the average hole time was 8.42 s.【Conclusion】This research provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the hydraulic lifting punching device.
