摘  要:目的探讨不同志愿的师生配对对双向选择性一对一全程导师制教学效果的影响,为双向选择性一对一全程导师制教学路线的制定及教学的实施提供参考依据。方法在本院2017年度本科实习生中开展双向选择性一对一全程导师制教学,双向选择时按照学生第一、第二、第三及是否愿意随机配对的方法进行师生配对后开展教学工作,在教学结束后用自制问卷对参与教学的学生进行相关调查,将第一志愿设为A组,余下的第二第三及随机配对成功的设为B组,调查AB组学生在教学中的表现以及对教学效果的评价。结果教学过程实施顺利,调查结果显示:1.两组学生对双向选择性一对一全程导师制教学活动积极程度无明显差异(P>0.05)。2.两组学生对教学的满意度有差异(P<0.05)。结论双向选择性一对一全程导师制教学中,学生的教学活动参与度、教学效果、对教学的满意程度与其志愿配对成功的次序有不同相关。Objective To explore the influence of different volunteer teacher-student pairing on the teaching effect of bidirectional selective one-to-one tutorial system,and to provide reference for the formulation of bidirectional selective one-to-one tutorial system and the implementation of teaching.Methods Two-way selective one-to-one tutorial system is carried out among undergraduate interns in our college in 2017.When two-way selection is carried out,teachers and students are paired according to the method of students’first,second,third and whether they are willing to be randomly matched.After the end of the teaching,the students who participate in the teaching are surveyed with self-made questionnaires.The first volunteer is set as Group A and the second and third volunteers are left.Group B was randomly matched to investigate the performance of students in group AB in teaching and the evaluation of teaching effect.Results The teaching process was carried out smoothly.The results showed that:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the positive degree of two-way selective one-to-one tutorial system(P>0.05).2.There was a difference between the two groups in their satisfaction with teaching(P<0.05).Concusion In the two-way selective one-to-one tutorial system,students’participation in teaching activities,teaching effect and satisfaction with teaching are related to the order of success of their voluntary matching.
