摘　　要：肿瘤恶液质涉及患者体内的多种代谢变化,目前用于解释肿瘤恶液质发生机制的假说主要有代谢异常假说和系统性炎症假说,二者均涉及到多种细胞因子的变化及其与基因转录、表达等相关分子的作用,但具体机制尚需进一步完善。此外,肿瘤恶液质患者的治疗也是目前亟待解决的问题,既往有学者从缓解患者体重过轻、减少心肌消耗、调节肌肉萎缩等方面对肿瘤恶液质进行治疗研究,并初步取得了一定成果。随着肿瘤恶液质机制的不断阐明和完善、治疗方法的不断研究与更新,肿瘤恶液质患者有望得到更好的治疗。Cancer cachexia is a syndrome commonly associated with a variety of metabolic changes in patients.The metabolic abnormalities hypothesis and the systemic inflammation hypothesis have been summed up to explain the mechanism of cancer cachexia at present.In the two hypotheses,changes of many cytokines and their molecular effects related to gene transcription and expression are involved,but the specific mechanism needs to be further explored.At the same time,patients with cancer cachexia are urgent to be treated to improve their physical conditions.Previous researchers have studied the treatment of cancer cachexia from the aspects of alleviating patients’underweight,reducing myocardial consumption and regulating muscle atrophy,and made some preliminary achievements.With the continuous elucidation of the pathogenetic mechanism of the cancer cachexia and the continuous research and update of the therapeutic methods,patients with cancer cachexia are expected to get better treatment.
