摘  要:为准确预估典型半刚性基层沥青路面的车辙深度,根据广东省常用的沥青混合料动态蠕变试验结果,确定了不同温度条件下的蠕变参数;利用大型有限元软件ABAQUS建立了典型半刚性基层沥青路面的车辙计算模型,分析了温度、轴重和荷载作用次数对广东省典型半刚性基层沥青路面车辙的影响;在此基础上建立了适用于典型半刚性基层沥青路面车辙深度与轴载、轴次、温度的预估模型。结果表明:温度为60℃时,标准轴载作用100万次产生的车辙是40℃时的2.62倍,是50℃时的1.5倍;当温度为50℃,180kN的轴载作用100万次产生的车辙是标准轴载的1.34倍;温度、轴重和荷载作用次数与车辙深度的关系近似地呈幂函数形式。经过验证,建立的车辙预估模型具有较高的精度。In order to accurately estimate the rut depth of typical semi-rigid asphalt pavement,firstly,the creep parameters under different temperature conditions have been determined according to the dynamic creep test results of asphalt mixtures commonly used in Guangdong;Then,ABAQUS finite element software has been used to establish the rutting calculation model of typical semi-rigid asphalt pavement,the influence of temperature,axle weight and load times on rutting of typical semi-rigid asphalt pavement has been analyzed.On this basis,the prediction model of rut depth,axle load,axle order and temperature on typical semi-rigid asphalt pavement has been established.The results have shown that when the temperature is 60℃,the ruts generated by 1 million times of standard axle load are 2.62 times that at 40℃and 1.5 times that at 50℃.When the temperature is 50℃,1,000,000 times of axle load of 180KN produces 1.34 times of the standard axle load.The relation among temperature,axle weight and load times and rut depth is a power function.It has been proved that the established rut prediction model has quite high accuracy.
