摘　　要：为响应新冠肺炎疫情防控期间教育部“停课不停教、停课不停学”的号召,“超市生鲜经营管理”课程团队在整合原有教学资源的基础上,利用中国大学MOOC、慕课堂小程序、腾讯课堂直播教学软件开展同步教学与异步教学相结合的在线多元混合式教学活动。主要结论是:高职学生自主学习能力弱,在线异步教学不利于学生对知识的掌握,可以采取在线多元混合式教学法,提升学生学习兴趣,帮助学生开展深度学习,最终实现教学目标。In order to respond to the Ministry of Education’s call of“classes suspended but teaching continues,classes suspended but learning continues”during the epidemic prevention and control period,on the basis of integrating the original teaching resources,the course team of“Supermarket Fresh Goods Operation Management”carried out online multi-element mixed teaching activities by using MOOC of China,MOOC small program and Tencent classroom live teaching software.The main conclusion is that vocational students’autonomous learning ability is weak,and online asynchronous teaching is not conducive to students’mastery of knowledge.Online multi mixed teaching method can be adopted to enhance students’interest in learning,help students carry out deep learning,and finally achieve the teaching goal.
