摘　　要：三氟化氯(ClF3)由于极强的腐蚀性造成分析其纯度时较为困难,阐述了开发三氟化氯气相色谱分析方法的过程,逐步对分析方法进行优化,提出了可靠的分析三氟化氯的气相色谱方法。It is difficult to analyze the purity of chlorine trifluoride(ClF3)because of its strong corrosiveness.In this paper,the process of developing the analytical method of chlorine trifluoride by gas chromatography is described,the analysis method is gradually optimized,and a reliable gas chromatography method for the analysis of chlorine trifluoride is proposed.
