摘 要:为研究早期断奶及谷氨酰胺添加对仔猪血清游离氨基酸及其代谢产物的影响。分别选取哺乳、断奶和饲喂谷氨酰胺的小母猪用于试验,采用色谱分析、主成分分析、偏最小二乘法判别分析等方法,对仔猪的生长性能、氨基酸含量进行分析。结果发现,血清游离氨基酸中,断奶组的精氨酸、组氨酸、缬氨酸、半胱氨酸、脯氨酸、丝氨酸和酪氨酸含量较哺乳组含量显著降低(P<0.05),断奶组的异亮氨酸、蛋氨酸、苯甲基丙氨酸、苏氨酸和丙氨酸含量较哺乳组含量显著上升(P<0.05);谷氨酰胺组的苏氨酸和甘氨酸含量较断奶组含量显著降低(P<0.05),谷氨酰胺组的亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、半胱氨酸和缬氨酸含量较断奶组含量显著上升(P<0.05);氨基酸代谢产物中,断奶组的γ-氨基正丁酸、牛磺酸、瓜氨酸、肌肽、乙醇胺和羟赖氨酸含量较哺乳组含量显著降低(P<0.05),断奶组的α-氨基己二酸、胱硫醚、鹅肌肽、1-甲基组氨酸、3-甲基组氨酸、磷酸乙醇胺、磷酸丝氨酸和尿素含量较哺乳组含量显著上升(P<0.05);谷氨酰胺组的鸟氨酸、鹅肌肽和磷酸乙醇胺含量较断奶组含量显著降低(P<0.05),谷氨酰胺组的α-氨基己二酸、α-氨基正丁酸、肌肽、乙醇胺、羟赖氨酸、磷酸丝氨酸和尿素含量较断奶组含量显著上升(P<0.05)。结果表明,合理饲喂谷氨酰胺有助于游离氨基酸及其代谢产物恢复到正常水平。主成分分析显示,3个试验组代谢物的表型存在显著差异(P<0.05)。偏最小二乘法判别分析模型表明,苏氨酸、缬氨酸、半胱氨酸、鹅肌肽、磷酸乙酸胺、乙醇胺和羟赖氨酸等是较为重要的氨基酸及其代谢产物。由此可见,仔猪在早期断奶阶段机体的血清的氨基酸含量发生明显变化,且添加谷氨酰胺能明显调节仔猪血清游离氨基酸含量。To study the effects of early weaning and glutamine supplementation on free amino acids and metabolites in serum of piglets,suckling,weaning and glutamine feeding sows were selected for the experiment.The growth performance and amino acid content of piglets were analyzed by chromatographic analysis,principal component analysis and partial least square discriminant analysis.The results showed that the content of arginine,histidine,valine,cysteine,proline,serine and tyrosine in the weaning group was significantly lower than that in the lactation group(P<0.05),and the contents of isoleucine,methionine,phenylmethyl-alanine,threonine and alanine in weaning group were significantly higher than those in lactation group(P<0.05).The contents of threonine and glycine in glutamine group were significantly lower than that in weaning group(P<0.05),and the contents of leucine,isoleucine,cysteine and valine in glutamine group were significantly higher than that in weaning group(P<0.05).Among amino acid metabolites,the content ofγ-aminobutyric acid,taurine,citrulline,carnosine,ethanolamine and hydroxylysine in weaning group was significantly lower than that in lactation group(P<0.05).and the content ofα-aminophenic acid,cystathionine,anserine,1-methylhistidine,3-methylhistidine,phosphoethanolamine,phosphoserine and urea in the weaning group was significantly higher than that in the lactating group(P<0.05),and the contents of ornithine,anserine and phosphorylethanolamine in the glutamine group were significantly lower than those in the weaning group(P<0.05),and the contents ofα-aminophenic acid,α-aminobutyric acid,carnosine,ethanolamine,hydroxylysine,serine phosphate and urea in the glutamine group were significantly higher than those in the weaning group(P<0.05).The results showed that proper feeding of glutamine could help free amino acids and their metabolites to return to normal level.Principal component analysis showed that there were significant differences in metabolite phenotypes among the three test groups(P<0.05).Th
