摘 要:日本中小学消费者教育既包括指向个体的认知情感与生存发展的意蕴,又包括指向社会的公共参与、助力可持续的内涵。经过导入、停滞、复苏、新发展的曲折历程,其目标、领域和内容得以明确,逐渐建构成较完善的消费者教育体系。面对实践中的若干问题,日本中小学消费者教育探索出一系列优化策略:通过学科课程多角度渗透以确保时间、开展多样实践活动以丰富体验、提高教师素养及能力以提升质量、编写读本教材及案例以共享资源、促进行政机关联合及外部协作以最大化效能等。消费者教育已成为日本中小学教育的重要组成部分,在培养理想国民中发挥着独特作用。Consumer education in primary and secondary schools in Japan includes not only cognition,emotion,survival and development,which pointing to the individual,but also the connotation of public participation and the implementation of sustainability,which means social attribute.After a tortuous course of germination,stagnation,recovery and a new development,consumer education in primary and secondary schools in Japan defined its goals,fields and contents,and constructed a relatively complete consumer education system.Faced with a series of problems in practice,the Japanese consumer education of primary and secondary schools starts to take effective measures,such as using multiple perspectives for courses to ensure time,developing a variety of practical activities to enrich experience,strengthening teachers to improve quality,compiling materials to share resources,and working with outside to maximizes effectiveness,which makes it an important part of Japan’s primary and secondary school education,and plays a unique role in cultivating ideal citizens.
