高职大学生新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间与入学时的心理健康状况比较

摘　　要：目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间高职大学生的心理健康状况,为突发公共卫生事件发生后的高职院校心理援助与心理危机干预提供方法和依据。方法:2020年3月,采用心理健康自评量表(SRQ-20)和自编一般资料问卷对湖南省长沙市某高职院校抽取的5630名高职大学生进行问卷调查,并与其入学时采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量的心理健康结果进行比较分析。结果:湖南省长沙市某高职院校大学生疫情期间情绪痛苦检出率为11.7%,高职大学生心理健康(SRQ-20)总均分为(2.36±3.35)分;高职大学生入学时心理问题检出率为18.7%,症状自评量表总均分为(130.29±41.92)分;相关分析结果显示,高职大学生疫情期间的心理健康状况与入学时心理健康状况显著相关(r=0.335,P<0.001)。结论:高职大学生入学时心理健康状况是疫情期间心理健康状况的重要影响因素,疫情期间应重点关注存在心理问题或有创伤经历的学生。Objective:To explore the mental health status of higher vocational college students during the epidemic of COVID-19,and to provide methods and basis for psychological assistance and psychological crisis intervention in higher vocational colleges after the occurrence of public health emergencies.Methods:Totally 5630higher vocational college students were surveyed with the Self-reporting Questionaire 20(SRQ-20),and Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)in Changsha City,Hunan province.Results:The detection rate of emotional distress was 11.7%in a vocational college in Changsha,Hunan province,and the total score of mental health(SRQ-20)was(2.36±3.35).The detection rate of psychological problems in higher vocational college students was 18.7%,and the total score of symptom self-rating scale was(130.29±41.92).The results of correlation analysis showed that the mental health status of higher vocational college students during the epidemic period was significantly correlated with their mental health status at the time of enrollment(r=0.335,P<0.001).Conclusion:The mental health status of vocational college students is an important factor affecting their mental health during the epidemic period of COVID-19,we should focus on students with psychological problems or traumatic experiences.
