摘 要:沥青混凝土路面在环境及荷载场耦合作用下存在渐变式的疲劳损伤并逐渐演化至破坏的问题。通过对浙江省高速公路软土地基上沥青路面开裂的调查,发现以桥头结构物为代表的软土地基纵向不均匀沉降导致沥青混凝土路面横向开裂的现象普通存在。对杭嘉湖和温州典型软土的两个断面施工期和缺陷责任期的沉降情况进行预测分析。基于黏聚带的扩展有限元的数值模拟分析揭示了沥青路面结构在不均匀沉降下的表面裂缝和反射裂缝的宏观演化过程。初始存在的表面裂缝向沥青路面结构深层扩展;埋置式的反射裂缝在不均匀沉降作用下先向上扩展形成表面裂缝,再向路面结构层内部扩展。本文研究成果为出现裂缝的沥青路面结构的养护修复提供了理论依据。Asphalt concrete pavement undergoes gradual fatigue damage under the coupled action of environment and load field,and gradually evolves to a process of damage.Through the investigation of the cracking of the asphalt pavement on the soft soil foundation of the expressway in Zhejiang Province,it was found that the soft soil foundation,especially the longitudinal uneven settlement represented by the bridge head structure,causes the phenomenon of horizontal cracking of the asphalt concrete pavement.The settlement of two sections of typical soft soils in Hangjia Lake and Wenzhou during the construction period and the defect liability period are predicted and analyzed.Numerical simulation analysis based on the expanded finite element of the cohesive zone reveals the macroscopic evolution process of surface cracks and reflective cracks of asphalt pavement structure under uneven settlement.The initially existing surface cracks expand to the deep layer of the asphalt pavement structure;the embedded reflective cracks first expand upward to form surface cracks under the action of uneven settlement,and then expand into the pavement structure layer.The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the maintenance and repair of cracked asphalt pavement structures.
