安全氛围对引航员安全行为的影响:安全意识的中介作用

摘　　要：为阐明引航机构安全氛围对引航员安全行为的影响路径,基于理论分析,提出研究假设;研发测量量表并发放给海港引航员,分析返回的284份完整问卷并检验数据的有效性;利用结构方程模型(SEM)构建引航安全氛围、引航员安全意识和行为的关系模型,并实证检验该模型。结果表明:引航安全氛围的所有结构变量对引航员安全行为具有直接或间接作用;其中3个变量对引航员安全意识具有直接作用;引航员安全意识对其安全行为具有直接作用,且在安全氛围和引航员安全行为之间具有部分或完全中介作用。In order to clarify influence path of safety climate in pilotage authority on pilots’safe behavior,a conceptual hypothesis was proposed based on theoretical analysis.Measurement scale was designed and distributed to maritime pilots,284 collected questionnaires were analyzed and their data were verified.Then,a relationship model between safety climate and pilot safety awareness and behavior was established and tested empirically by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).The results show that all variables of safety climate have a direct or indirect effect on pilots’safety behavior.Three of them directly influence their safety consciousness which has a direct impact on pilots’safety behavior and plays a complete or incomplete mediating role between safety climate and safety behavior.
