摘  要:为了辅助老弱人群进行沐浴,减轻护理人员的护理压力,设计了能辅助用户站立/坐下、清洁头部和背部并且进行全身淋浴的沐浴机器人。通过分析老弱人群的沐浴需求,提出了主动式辅助沐浴的沐浴机器人。用模块化设计思想将沐浴机器人分成头部清洁模块、背部清洁模块、姿态搀扶模块、淋浴模块、控制系统等,并对主要机械结构进行了详细的设计。从实验情况看,沐浴机器人达到了沐浴辅助的设计要求,可实现主动式辅助沐浴。In order to assist the elderly and the weak to take a bath and reduce the care pressure of the nursing staff,a bathing robot that can assist the user to stand/sit down,clean the head and back and perform a full-body shower is designed.Based on the analysis of the bathing needs of the elderly and weak people,a bathing robot with active assisted bathing is proposed.The modular design idea divides the bathing robot into a head cleaning module,a back cleaning module,a posture support module,a shower module,and a control system.The main mechanical structure is designed in detail,and the key parts are analyzed by finite element to optimize the structure of the seat.Experimental situation shows that the bathing robot can meet the design requirements of bathing assistance,and realizes the active auxiliary bathing.
