摘　　要：新时代职业教育大发展的新背景下,中国职业教育将迎来新一轮的变革。“百万扩招”在即,通过分析高职院校的生源结构现状,查找高职院校学生党员发展和管理过程中存在的问题,积极探索提高高职院校学生党员发展质量的管理新模式,真正为国家和社会培养高素质、高技能的合格党员。Under the new background of the rapid development of vocational education in the new era,Chinese vocational education will usher in a new round of changes.The"Million Enrollment Expansion"is coming.By analyzing the current situation of the student source structure in higher vocational colleges,this paper tries to find the problems in the process of development and management of student party members in higher vocational colleges,and actively explore new management models to improve the quality of student party members in higher vocational colleges to truly cultivate high-quality,highly skilled and qualified party members for the country and society.
