摘　　要：目的研究不同病理级别胶质瘤中HER4的表达情况。方法选取2008年1月~2009年12月临沂市中心医院手术切除的初发胶质瘤标本88例,另取该院脑外伤患者开颅减压术切除的正常脑组织标本14例作对照。用免疫组织化学法检测HER4在正常脑组织及病理级别不同的胶质瘤组织中的表达情况。结果HER4阳性表达主要定位于细胞质和细胞核。胶质瘤与正常脑组织比较存在HER4的高表达(P<0.05);低级别胶质瘤HER4表达量高于正常脑组织(P<0.05),而高级别胶质瘤患者高于低级别胶质瘤,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HER4在胶质瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要调节作用,可作为评价胶质瘤恶性程度的重要生物学指标及治疗新靶点。Objective To study the expression of HER4 in gliomas of different pathological grades.Methods A total of 88 cases of primary gliomas which were removed surgically in Linyi Central Hospital from January 2008 to December 2009 were selected and 14 cases of normal brain tissues from patients with brain injury underwent craniotomy and decompression as control.The expression level of HER4 in normal brain and glioma tissues of different pathological grades was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression of HER4 was mainly localized in cytoplasm and nucleus.HER4 highly expressed in gliomas compared with normal brain tissue(P<0.05).The expression of HER4 in low-grade gliomas was higher than that in normal brain tissues(P<0.05),while that in high-grade gliomas was higher than that in low-grade gliomas,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HER4 plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of gliomas.HER4 can be used as an important biological index to evaluate the malignant degree of gliomas.At the same time,HER4 can also be used as a new target for gliomas treatment.
