摘 要:目的探索3D打印模型在脊柱外科疾病教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月~2018年9月在我院进行住院医师规范化培训的32名学员作为研究对象,采取抽签法将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各16名学员。两组教学内容相同,均为住院医师规范化培训教学大纲要求掌握的脊柱疾病。实验组学员采用3D打印模型进行临床带教,对照组学员则采用传统方法带教。比较两组学员的理论考试成绩和教学总满意度。结果实验组学员的理论考试成绩和教学总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印模型能有效地提高我院规培学员的理论成绩,改善教学质量,提升教学满意度,效果显著,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the application effect of three dimensions(3D)printing model in the teaching of spinal surgery.Methods A total of 32 students who received standardization training in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by lottery method,with 16 students in each group.The same teaching content in two groups was the spinal disease which was required by the resident standardized training syllabus.The experimental group was taught with the 3D printing model,and the control group was taught with traditional methods.The theoretical test scores and total teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical test scores and total teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3D printing model can effectively improve the theoretical test scores of students and increase the teaching satisfaction,which is worth of further promoting.
