摘 要:刻画科技人力资源与相关产业结构的指标对指导现阶段我国人才战略调整和产业结构的升级转型有着深远的意义。本文从大量互联网简历数据中挖掘出符合科技人力资源标准的求职者,再根据其简历中的产业和教育信息,分别用复杂性和竞争力两个指标刻画除港澳台外各省份(含直辖市、自治区)的产业结构和科技人力资源。在此基础上,本文采用皮尔森相关系数测试各省的产业结构复杂性和各省对科技人力资源竞争力的排名,研究结果指出二者呈现强相关性。Indexation of human resource in science and technology(HRST)and industrial structure is important to guide the adjustment of talent study and upgrade an industrial structure in China currently.In this paper,economic complexity index(ECI)and Fitness which means the competitiveness of a country or a region to human resource are used to index the industrial structure and HRST of provinces(Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao are not included)in China.The data used for building indices is extracted from a large number of resumes which are collected from recruitment websites.Moreover,the Pearson-correlation coefficient is applied to study the relationship between ECI and Fitness.The conclusion drawn from the results indicates that the ECI and Fitness is strongly correlated.
