摘　　要：分析化学实验室是高等院校中化学及相关专业开展实验教学的重要场所,其管理水平直接影响着实验教学的教学质量和教学效果。阐述了化学国家级实验教学示范中心的分析化学实验室在对“人”和“物”精细化管理的一些具体做法和经验,其中包含人员管理、试剂取用、玻璃仪器存储使用和废液回收等细节的优化工作。实践表明,实验室科学规范的精细化管理不仅可有效改善实验室的整体环境,消除实验室安全隐患,而且可以培养学生良好的实验习惯,切实提高实验教学质量,为实验室创新管理和可持续发展积累了宝贵经验,逐步推进教学改革的顺利进行。Analytical chemistry laboratory is an important experimental place for chemistry and related majors in universities.The management level of the laboratory directly affects the quality and effect of experimental teaching.This paper mainly introduces practices in the management of"person"and"material"of the analytical chemistry laboratory teaching for the National Demonstration Center for Experimental Chemistry Education of USTC,which includes personnel management,reagent and drug use,storage and use of glass instruments and waste liquid recovery.The practice shows that the scientific and standardized management of the laboratory can not only improve the laboratory environment effectively and eliminate the hidden dangers of laboratory safety,but also cultivate students’good experimental habits,improve the quality of experimental teaching effectively,accumulate valuable and significant experience for the innovative management and sustainable development of the laboratory,and gradually promote the smooth progress of teaching reform.
