摘　　要：高校实验室是进行科学研究的重要场所,实验室安全是顺利开展实验教学和科研工作、保护科研人员人身安全的前提。通过对澳大利亚西悉尼大学生化类实验室安全管理组织结构、实验室准入制度、实验室安全防护和应急措施、化学品和废弃物管理等方面的调研,并结合浙江大学实验室安全管理现状,分析了国内高校在安全管理方面的不足,并提出了适合我国高校实情的若干实验室安全管理建议。The laboratory in university is an important place for scientific research.Laboratory safety provides precondition for the smooth development of experimental teaching and scientific research,as well as personal safety protection.The safety management organization structure,the access system,the safety protection and emergency facilities,the management of chemicals and wastes disposal of biochemical laboratories of Western Sydney University in Australian were investigated.Based on the laboratory safety management status of Zhejiang University,the deficiencies of laboratory safety management in domestic colleges and universities were analyzed.Meanwhile,some thoughts for improving the safety management system are proposed according to the practical situation of colleges in China.
