四方共建市级新能源公共实训平台的建设与管理

摘　　要：新能源产业的快速发展,相关专业高技能人才的缺口越来越大,人才培养实训平台的建设至关重要。结合徐州市新能源公共实训平台的建设实践,根据人才培养目标,提出了平台建设的必要性,构建了徐州市人民政府、徐州工程学院、牵头企业、受辐射的中高职院校四方合作共建的实践教学平台。平台采用政府引导、行业指导、校企共建和开放共享的模式。经过近2年的实践,取得了满意的效果。With the rapid development of new energy industry,the demand gap of highly skilled talents is increasing.Training platform plays a very important role in talents training in colleges and universities. Combined with the construction of Xuzhou new energy public training platform,according to the training goal of professional talents,this paper puts forward the necessity of the new energy public training platform. The government,Xuzhou University of Technology,leading enterprise and vocational colleges cooperate and construct the practical teaching platform. The platform adopts the mode of government guidance,industry guidance,school-enterprise co-construction and open sharing. The platform has been carried out for 2 years,and achieves lots results. This may be reference for other universities.
