基于三重四级杆液质联用的大型仪器管理方法探讨

摘　　要：随着生命科学的飞速发展,高水平的科学研究对大型精密仪器的依赖性越来越强,公共设备平台对科研的支撑作用越来越大。针对目前大型仪器管理中普遍存在的问题,以蛋白质研究技术中心代谢组学平台的三重四级杆液相色谱质谱联用仪为例,结合我校大型仪器平台建设的管理经验,从代谢组学研究领域出发,依据仪器本身的特点,分析探讨了在仪器基础操作、仪器利用效率、检测项目开发、服务质量、管理制度等方面的管理办法,使其在科学研究和社会服务中充分发挥优势,为科学发展和人才培养提供更好的支持,同时也为其他大型精密仪器的管理提供参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of life science,the large-scale instruments are more and more important in life sciences and biomedical research.Therefore,a reliable public equipment platform plays a significant role.Problems exist in the management of large-scale instrument managements at present,e.g.the efficiency or the quality of service.Based on the experience of the management of triple quadrupole mass spectrometer from the Metabolomics Facility Center in National Protein Science Technology Center of Tsinghua University,this paper discussed the potential suggestion on guaranteeing the efficient regular operation using triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.Meanwhile,in order to improve the quality of service,method development was indispensable to support advanced scientific research.
