摘　　要：To improve domestic services in China,several organizations-including the All-China Women’s Federation(ACWF),the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC),China's ministries of Commerce and Human Resources and Social Security,and Shandong Provincial People’s Government—recently launched a national contest to select the best-skilled women domestic-service workers.The contest,which lasted two months,was intended to create a favorable environment for promoting the development of domestic services in the country.Women domestic-service workers,who excelled amid the fierce competitions in different regions of the country,will gather in Jinan,capital of East Chinafs Shandong Province,in October to participate in the final competition.为激励家政服务从业人员提升职业技能、展示职业风采,促进家政服务业专业化、标准化、职业化发展,为家政服务高质量发展贡献巾帼力量,全国妇联与国家发展改革委、商务部、人力资源社会保障部、山东省人民政府共同举办第二届全国巾帼家政服务职业风采大赛。近期,全国各地的选拔赛火热开展。90后海归、“50+”阿姨、易地搬迁的农村姐妹都来了!在一场场家政“比武大会”上,她们变身为金牌月嫂、护理达人、厨艺女王、职业经理人,展示着专业娴熟的手法、高超的理论、技能水平和对家政行业未来发展的思考。金秋十月,各地脱颖而出的获胜者将齐聚山东济南,迎战决赛。
