摘　　要：随着影像学、实验室检验等诊断技术的进步,胰腺囊性肿瘤(PCNs)的临床检出率日益升高,同时关于PCNs的研究也越来越多。胰腺囊性肿瘤早期多无明显症状,肿瘤标记物等实验室检测亦多无异常,术前有时很难准确确定其病理类型,这在某种程度导致了其处理策略的困难。由于不同病理类型的胰腺囊性疾病生物学行为差异巨大,因而处理方法也大不相同。准确区分胰腺囊性肿瘤病理类型以及确定良性与潜在恶性甚至恶性病变对治疗策略的选择及预后至关重要。近年来,随着对胰腺囊性肿瘤研究的深入及治疗经验的积累,指南和专家共识也在不断地完善与更新。本文就胰腺囊性肿瘤的临床表现、诊断及治疗进展作一综述,旨在为胰腺囊性疾病的治疗提供帮助。With the advancement of diagnostic techniques such as imaging and laboratory tests,the clinical detection rate of pancreatic cystic neoplasms(PCNs)is increasing,and more and more researches on PCN have been conducted.Pancreatic cystic tumors are usually asymptomatic in the early stages,and laboratory tests such as tumor markers are also normal.It is sometimes difficult to accurately determine the pathological type before surgery,which has caused difficulties in its management strategy to some extent.Because the biological behaviors of pancreatic cystic diseases of different pathological types are very different,the treatment methods are also very different.Accurately distinguishing the pathological types of pancreatic cystic tumors and determining benign and potential malignant or even malignant lesions are critical to the choice of treatment strategy and prognosis.In recent years,with the in-depth study of pancreatic cystic tumors and the accumulation of treatment experience,guidelines and expert consensus have been continuously improved and updated.This article reviews the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment progress of pancreatic cystic tumors,in order to provide assistance for the treatment of pancreatic cystic diseases.
