摘 要:教师工资收入是教师职业吸引力的核心指标之一,教师工资收入影响教师供给的数量与质量。在国家或地区教师供给能力一定的情况下,教师工资收入是教师数量的函数。教师工资收入有不同的定价机制。在实践中,参照式定价是国家常常采用的定价机制。教师工资收入定价需要在参照式定价的基础上,在制度供给层面科学确定教师数量与教师工资收入水平,在要素供给层面建立体现校际师均工作量均等原则的教师要素供给机制,在服务供给层面建立体现教师整体贡献最大化的教师服务供给机制,并在要素供给层面与服务供给层面之间建立用工资收入杠杆调节体现校际质量公平的教师要素供给市场。Teacher salary is one of the core indicators of teacher professional attractiveness,which affects the quantity and quality of teacher factor supply.In the case of a certain supply capacity of teachers in a country or region,teacher salary is a function of the number of teachers.There are different price mechanisms for teacher salary.In the practice of salary policy,reference pricing is one pricing mechanism often adopted by the nation.On the basis of reference pricing,we should scientifically determine the number and salary level of teachers at the level of system supply,establish a teacher factor supply mechanism reflecting the principle of equal workload of interschool teachers at the level of factor supply,establish a teacher service supply mechanism reflecting the maximization of teachers’overall contribution at the level of service supply,and establish a teacher service supply mechanism at the level of factor supply and service supply,to establish the supply market of teacher factors which reflects the equality of interschool education quality by means of wage lever adjustment.
