结肠癌患者血清IL-6、CEA和CAl9-9联合检测的临床意义

摘　　要：探讨结肠癌患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖链抗原(CAl9-9)联合检测对结肠癌诊断、治疗、预后推测及复发判断的临床意义。选择2018年9月—2019年10月临夏州人民医院收治的22例结肠癌患者为研究组、22例健康人为对照组,两组患者均行血清IL-6、CEA和CAl9-9联合检测,对比研究组与对照组的血清IL-6、CEA和CAl9-9水平,比较联合指标检测与单一指标检测的阳性检出率。结果显示:研究组的血清IL-6、CEA和CAl9-9水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组单用IL-6检测阳性检出率为54.5%,单用CEA检测阳性检出率为59.1%,单用CAl9-9检测阳性检出率为50%,联合血清IL-6、CEA和CAl9-9的阳性检出率为72.7%。结论:血清IL-6、CEA和CAl9-9在结肠癌患者中含量均较高,联合检测对结肠癌的诊断、治疗、预后推测及复发判断有较高的临床应用价值。The research explores the clinical significance of diagnosis,treatment,prognosis speculate and reappearance judgement of Serum IL-6,CEA and CAl9-9 combined testing of patients with colon cancer.22 patients with colon cancer in the hospital from Sep.2018 to Oct.2019 are selected as the research group,and 22 healthy persons are selected as the control group.Serum IL-6,CEA and CAl9-9 combined tests are done on two groups.Serum IL-6,CEA and CAl9-9 levels of research group and control group are compared and researched.Serum IL-6,CEA and CAl9-9 level of research group are higher than control group(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of IL-6,CEA,and CA19-9 are 54.5%,59.1%and 72.7%.The content of Serum IL-6,CEA and CAl9-9 of patients with colon cancer are high.The combination test has high clinical application value on colon cancer diagnosis,treatment,prognosis speculate and reappearance judgement.
