摘　　要：王昌俊教授擅长于中医药治疗脑肿瘤。临证上,王老师辨治脑肿瘤,常见证型可分为痰湿内阻、肝胆湿热、肝肾阴虚、肝风内动、气血郁结进行论治,强调首先分清寒热、上下分治,热证之证治重在清热熄风,化瘀解毒。寒证之证治重在通阳散寒,化痰祛瘀。同时应注意上下分治,上者为镇潜开窍,下者为通腑利水。由于血脑屏障的存在应辨证与辨病结合,强调药对的应用,以提高疗效。王老师谨守病机,审因论治,其辨治脑肿瘤的学术经验疗效显著,值得推广。Professor Wang Changjun is good at treating brain tumors with traditional Chinese medicine. In clinical treatment,Professor Wang divides common syndrome types into phlegm dampness and internal obstruction,liver and gallbladder dampness and heat,liver and kidney yin deficiency,liver wind internal movement,Qi and blood stagnation. He stresses that the first thing is to distinguish the cold and the heat,the upper and the lower. The treatment of heat syndrome focuses on clearing away heat and wind,removing blood stasis and detoxification. The treatment of cold syndrome focuses on activating yang and dispersing cold,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis. At the same time,he pays attention to the separation of the upper part and the lower part. The upper part is to control the potential and open the orifices,and the lower part is to dredge the internal organs and promote the flow of water. Because of the existence of blood-brain barrier,he combines syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation,and emphasizes the application of drug pairs to improve the curative effect.Professor Wang’s academic experience in the treatment of brain tumors is highly effective and is thus worthy of promotion.
