摘　　要：目的对我院医学检验科特检专业组2012年至2019年连续8年参加CAP和国家卫生健康委临检中心组织的分子检测项目室间质评的成绩进行统计分析,评价其检测性能,对发现的问题结合临床实际工作进行改进,促进临床检验质量提高,保障检测结果的准确性。方法对我院医学检验科特检专业组2012年至2019年间参加CAP和国家卫生健康委临检中心的分子检测项目的PT结果进行回顾性分析,通过对失控项目及其原因分析促进实验室质量改进。结果2012年至2019年连续8年参加CAP和国家卫生健康委临检中心分子检测项目能力验证活动884项次,CAP 189项次,临检中心695项次,其中2012年合格率最低,分别为80.95%(CAP)和88.57%(临检中心);2017年合格率最高,均为100%。HCV RNA合格率最低,分别为92.22%(CAP)和90%(临检中心),其余所有项目的合格率均为95%以上。随着时间递增,实验室开展的项目逐年增加,合格率逐渐提升。结论室间质评活动可用于对实验室的检测能力进行评估,及时发现识别实验中存在的问题,积极采取相应的纠正措施,切实有效地提高实验室检测质量。Objective To analyze the molecular PT program organized by CAP and the Ministry of Health for eight consecutive years from 2012 to 2019.The results were statistically analyzed,so as to improve the discovered problems and promote the improvement of clinical inspection quality.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the molecular PT results of the CAP and the Ministry of Health in Beijing Shijitan Hospital,Capital Medical University from 2012 to 2019.We discovered the unacceptable reasons and made corrections,and further improved the quality.Results From 2012 to 2019,we participated in 884 items of EQA organized by CAP and the Ministry of Health.The lowest passed rates were 80.95%(CAP)and 88.57%(clinical inspection center)in 2012.In 2017,the highest passed rate was 100%.Among all the items,the passed rate of HCV RNA was the lowest,which was 92.22%(CAP)and 90%(clinical inspection center),respectively.All other projects were above 95%.Over the time,the laboratory items were increased yearly,and the passed rate improved gradually.Conclusion EQA can be used to evaluate the test capabilities of the laboratory,identify the problems in the experiment.We can then actively take corresponding corrective measures and effectively improve the laboratory testing quality.
