摘　　要：为深入理解网络化虚拟团队的协作意图与协作行为,基于计划行为理论,引入团队信任、协同感知、主体属性和组合方式等4个预测变量,构建了基于扩展计划行为理论的虚拟团队协作意图与行为理解模型。使用SPSS 22.0和AMOS 24.0统计学软件进行模型验证,并通过结构方程建模确定影响虚拟团队协作意图与协作行为的决定性因素。结果表明:主观规范、协作态度、组合方式、协同感知、知觉行为控制和主体属性等6个预测变量与协作意图具有显著的正相关性,其作用力依次减弱;协作意图与协作行为具有显著的正相关性;团队信任对协作意图,知觉行为控制对协作行为并没有产生预期的影响。基于以上研究结果,探讨了其背后的原因,并给出了优化虚拟团队协作效率的建议。To further understand the collaborative intention and behavior of networked virtual teams,extended Theory of Planned Behavior(Ex-TPB)research model was constructed with the introduction of team trust,collaboration perception,subject attribute and combination mode based on Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB).SPSS 22.0 and Amos 24.0 were used to verify the model,and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)was used to determine the decisive factors affecting virtual teams collaborative intention and behavior.The results showed that six predictive variables such as subjective norm,collaboration attitude,combination mode,collaboration perception,perceived behavior control and subject attribute had significant positive correlation with collaborative intention,but its force weakened successively;collaborative intention positively affected collaborative behavior;team trust had no expected impact on collaborative intention,so did perceived behavior control to collaborative behavior.Based on the above research results,the corresponding reasons were discussed,and the suggestions to optimize the efficiency of virtual team cooperation were given.
