摘　　要：面对目前社会上存在的阅读消遣化、功利化现象,本文基于文化引领内涵,论述了公共图书馆文化引领的历史使命和社会责任,并阐述了公共图书馆导读服务所要实现的目标和方向,认为公共图书馆导读服务在保持与我国社会主导价值同步引领的基础上,要以培育全民对中华民族文化认同为目标,要以社会主义先进文化作为文化引领方向。最后就如何发挥文化引领作用,从图书馆的资源建设、阅读活动,以及移动网络媒体平台等方面提出了公共图书馆所要采取的导读服务策略和措施。In the face of the phenomenon of entertainment and utilitarianism in the current society,based on the connotation of cultural guidance,this paper discusses the historical mission and social responsibility of public library’s cultural guidance,and expounds the goal and direction of public library’s reading guidance service.It holds that on the basis of keeping pace with the leading values of China’s society,the public library’s reading guidance service should take the cultivation of the national cultural identity of the whole people as the goal,and take the advanced socialist culture as the cultural guidance direction.Finally,on how to play the leading role of culture,this paper puts forward the service strategies and measures of public library from the aspects of library resource construction,reading activities,and micro media platform.
