摘  要:研究了高分子量缔合聚合物(HAWSP)和聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液的岩心剪切黏度及分子量稳定性,考察了注入速度、剪切次数及岩心渗透率对剪切稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,随着注入速度的增加,HAWSP聚合物溶液剪切后黏度呈"先平稳后下降"的两段式特征,而HPAM溶液剪切后黏度则单调下降;HAWSP聚合物经一次剪切后黏度及分子量即趋于稳定,而HPAM则需多次岩心剪切后才趋于稳定;高速岩心剪切时聚合物分子量保留率与岩心渗透率大小密切有关,渗透率越高,分子量保留率越大;在渗透率和注入速度相同时,HAWSP表现出更好的剪切稳定性。The shear viscosity and molecular weight stability of high molecular weight associative polymer and polyacrylamide solutions were compared and studied.The effects of injection speed,repeated shearing times,and core permeability on shear stability was investigated.The result shows that as the injection speed increases,the viscosity of the associative polymer solution after shearing presents a two-stage characteristic of"stabilizing first and then decreasing",while the viscosity of the polyacrylamide solution decreases monotonically after shearing.The viscosity and molecular weight of the associative polymer tends to stabilize after one shear,while polyacrylamide tends to stabilize after multiple core shears.The polymer molecular weight retention is closely related to the core permeability during high-speed core shearing.The higher the permeability,the greater the molecular weight retention.When the permeability and injection speed is the same,the associative polymer showed better shear stability.
